The company was founded in 1999 by Chairman Arthur D. Sanders, who previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spiegel Associates in Jericho, New York. Arthur brings more than forty years of real estate experience, and his leadership established the value-add, buy-and-hold philosophy that defines the firm today.

Jordan Sanders, President, oversees all operations, acquisitions, and development. With almost two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Jordan has led the firm's expansion from its Long Island roots into new markets, most notably Savannah, Georgia, where Sanders Equities has established a significant industrial presence. Today the firm manages over 2.5 million square feet across the Tri-State area and Savannah, combining local market expertise with the operational discipline that has defined the company since its founding.
