Al Centrella, Jr., Leasing Manager, joined Sanders Equities in April of 2014. He is responsible for all leasing activities, assists in the analysis of new acquisition opportunities and performs ancillary work in support of the Company’s property management operations. Centrella has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business and combines a strong background in industrial, retail, office and medical office leasing. He began his career in property management and accounting, and entered the field of commercial leasing when he joined the brokerage department of NAI Long Island in 2005. Al was recently recognized by Costar as a 2022 Power Broker for Industrial lease transactions in Long Island and has his Real Estate Salespersons license in the State of New York and is a member of CIBS-LI.
