Jordan Sanders, President, oversees the Company's operations. Under his leadership, Sanders Equities has expanded from its core Long Island portfolio into Savannah, Georgia, growing the portfolio by over one million square feet of industrial and commercial properties across the Tri-State area and the Southeast.

Prior to joining Sanders Equities in 2012, Jordan was a financial analyst in the Transactions and Capital Markets group at Prudential Real Estate Investors, where he focused on northeast and midwest acquisitions ranging from single assets to portfolio-level deals. His responsibilities included underwriting, due diligence, and market demand analysis across all property types and asset classes. He subsequently joined a real estate private equity firm based in Manhattan specializing in multifamily joint ventures, where he underwrote affordable housing in Northern Manhattan and multifamily assets across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Greenwich Country Day School and is a member of the schools Buildings and Grounds committee. Jordan previously served as Vice Chair of the GCDS Alumni Advisory Council, as well as Co-Chair of the Junior Associates of the Museum of Modern Art and as a founder and Co-Chair of the Junior Board of Children of Fallen Patriots. Jordan holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of New York and is a member of LIREG, NAIOP, CIBS-LI, and the Wharton Real Estate Alumni Group.
