Jordan Sanders, President, oversees the Company’s operations and is responsible for identifying and analyzing new acquisitions and transacting Company financings. Prior to joining Sanders Equities in 2012, Sanders was a financial analyst in the Transactions and Capital Markets group at Prudential Real Estate Investors. At PREI, he worked on northeast and mid-west acquisitions ranging from single assets to portfolio level deals, with his primary responsibilities being underwriting, research, due diligence and market demand analysis of all property types and asset classes. After spending 4 years at PREI, Sanders joined Vantage Properties in Manhattan, a real estate private equity firm focusing on multi-family joint ventures in the Northeast.  He analyzed and underwrote affordable housing in Northern Manhattan and multi-family throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Sanders received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as President of his fraternity, St. Anthony Hall. He served as Co-Chair of the Junior Associates of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City from 2009-2015. He also served as a founder and Co-Chair of the Junior Board of Children of Fallen Patriots in New York. Sanders served as the vice-chair of the Greenwich Country Day School Alumni Advisory Council. Sanders has a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of New York and is also a member of LIREG, NAIOP, CIBS-LI, Wharton Real Estate Alumni Group, and other industry groups.
